INGREDIENTS

- 1/4 cup (60ml) hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (pimenton)
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in skin-on)
- 8 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 4 corn cobs, husks removed
- Sour cream and coriander leaves, to serve
