Triple Chocolate Peppermint Slice
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g mint chocolate
- 60 g copha
- 4 cups Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
- 250 g white chocolate
- 30 mls peppermint syrup
Equipment
- heatproof bowl
- slice pan
Method
- STEP 1Line slice pan. Melt dark chocolate, mint chocolate and copha together until smooth.
- STEP 2Pour over the Rice Bubbles and then firmly press into slice pan.
- STEP 3Melt white chocolate and mint syrup and stir to combine. Pour over slice.
- STEP 4Leave to set before slicing.
Notes
The texture and taste varies depending on if you store it in the fridge or not, so try both and see which you prefer. I sprinkled chocolate sprinkles on top before it set, but that's completely optional and does not enhance the taste at all.
