A quick and simple coconut jam drop recipe
Ingredients
- 395 g condensed milk
- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 1 cup strawberry jam
Equipment
- 1 baking paper
- 1 baking tray
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C. Line a tray with baking paper.
- STEP 2Mix together coconut and condensed milk.
- STEP 3Using approximately a tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls and place on tray.
- STEP 4Use a finger to create a dent in the top of each ball and fill with as much jam as desired.
- STEP 5Bake until golden, usually 10-15 minutes.
- STEP 6Allow to cool before serving.
