3-Ingredient Coconut Jam Drops

A quick and simple coconut jam drop recipe


Ingredients

  • 395 g condensed milk
  • 250 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup strawberry jam

Equipment

  • baking paper
  • baking tray 
  • Method

    • STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C. Line a tray with baking paper.
    • STEP 2Mix together coconut and condensed milk.
    • STEP 3Using approximately a tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls and place on tray.
    • STEP 4Use a finger to create a dent in the top of each ball and fill with as much jam as desired.
    • STEP 5Bake until golden, usually 10-15 minutes.
    • STEP 6Allow to cool before serving.
