Crispy Chili Fish
How to Make
Ingredients
- 1 tbs fresh ginger grated
- 1 tbs red Thai curry paste
- 1 whole fish
- 4 garlic clove crushed
- 1/4 cup lemongrass stalk fresh chopped
- 1 cup fresh coriander chopped
- 2 red Birdseye chili finely chopped
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
- 2 tbs sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbs sweet chili sauce

Method
- STEP 1Make four deep slits diagonally across both sides of fish. Place fish in a shallow non-metallic ovenproof dish.
- STEP 2Combine remaining ingredients, except extra chilli sauce, in medium bowl. Pour over fish, refrigerate up to 3 hours.
- STEP 3Preheat oven to 180C.
- STEP 4Cover dish with a lid or foil, bake for about 35 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- STEP 5Brush fish with extra chilli sauce, then grill for about 10 minutes or until skin is browned and crisp.
