Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbs tandoori Indian curry paste
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tbs lime juice fresh
- 2 tbs coriander chopped optional
- 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt

- 1 barbecue
- 1 bowl
Method
- STEP 1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- STEP 2Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- STEP 3Cook on greased barbeque or grill plate on medium heat until cooked through.
- STEP 4Alternatively, bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes.
Notes
Can be prepared in morning or day before and cooked just before dinner time. Great served with rice, naan bread or in a pita bread. Goes perfectly with cucumber raita or mango chutney.
