Marinated Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 6 loin chops (lamb) fat trimmed
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp plain flour
- 2 cms ginger finely grated
Method
- STEP 1Place lamb chops in a shallow dish or bowl suitable for marinating.
- STEP 2Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together.
- STEP 3Pour marinade over chops, cover and refrigerate. Leave overnight if possible, otherwise a few hours is sufficient.
- STEP 4Cook chops on a barbeque grill or hot plate until done, basting the meat with extra marinade.
