Cheesy Chicken Fingers
Nutritious finger food for little kids and big kids alike.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1 carrot finely grated
- 1/2 tsp pepper *to taste
Equipment
- 1 baking tray
- 1 bowl
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C.
- STEP 2Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- STEP 3Line baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- STEP 4Shape mixture into thin fingers or small balls and place on baking tray.
- STEP 5Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
